STANDARD MODEL OF THE PURCHASE PROCESS. PAYMENT METHODS, ETC.

ORDER METHODS AND PRICING

  • Customers have the option to place all their orders through the website: ilicode.com
  • Each customer declares full capacity to use credit cards and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products through ILI CODE (ID).
  • By clicking the "Pay" button during the purchase process, the customer declares full acceptance of all these General Sales Conditions.
  • The data recorded by ILI CODE (ID) constitutes proof of transactions carried out between ILI CODE (ID) and members of its Private Community. ILI CODE (ID) will confirm your order by sending an email.
  • The contractual information is presented in Spanish and will be confirmed no later than at the time of delivery.
  • All taxes are included in the prices of our products, but do not include shipping costs.
  • The minimum purchase is [COMPRA_MINIMA_€] € (excluding shipping and other expenses).
  • ILI CODE (ID) reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed according to the rates in effect at the time of order registration (subject to product availability), except for obvious typographical errors.
  • The products remain the property of the provider until full payment of the price has been made.
  • ILI CODE (ID) reserves the right to reject an order from any member with whom it has a dispute.

AVAILABILITY

ILI CODE (ID) will do its best to satisfy all customers' demands for products. In the event of product unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email of the cancellation of the order. As a result of this cancellation, the speed of refund to the customer's bank account will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each bank. These timeframes are specified again in the "Delivery" clause.

PAYMENT METHODS

Card Payment

  • Purchases are made by bank card. Accepted bank cards are: Visa and MasterCard. The purchase price will be charged to the customer's bank account within 4 days from the order date, and this will be considered effective upon confirmation in accordance with our customer's bank account.
  • In the event that the Point of Sale Terminal (POS) reports card denial, the order will be automatically canceled, with the customer being informed of such cancellation online.

Cash on Delivery

  • Payment is made when collected at the Post Office.
  • The additional cost for this method is €4.
  • The order will be collected at the nearest post office.
  • Money refunds will be made as long as the amount does not exceed €6, in which case a discount voucher for the next purchase will be issued.
  • A transfer will be made to the customer's designated location.

Bank Transfer

This payment method will have no cost for the customer.
The refund amount will be charged to the account indicated by the customer.
To make a payment for an invoice, you must include:

  • Invoice number
  • Name of the person making the payment.
  • Send the payment receipt to the email address: ilicodebrand@gmail.com with the receipt in the subject line.

Paypal

  • In this method, payment will be charged according to the customer's contract with PayPal; likewise, refunds where the company needs to pay any amount will be carried out in the same manner.
  • This method has no cost for the customer.

SECURITY

For your security, ILI CODE (ID) has entrusted the credit card payment system to a payment gateway.

The entered banking data are encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank's servers, and then verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud and abuse.

This data entry procedure is guaranteed by 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology, one of the most advanced and effective protection systems available today. Through this, no third party will have access via the Internet to this information regarding the banking data entered by the customer.

Only the Bank and PayPal have access to the banking data associated with these payment methods, so ILI CODE (ID) does not know or record this information during the payment transaction.

DELIVERY

The provider will send the products to the distribution warehouse, from where the products will be shipped to the buyer's designated address. Whenever an order is shipped, the buyer will receive an email.

Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

The purchase order corresponding to the order will be available at ILI CODE (ID), once payment is confirmed, which can be viewed through the link: "My Orders," from the issuance of the email. This original purchase order includes shipping costs and VAT.

ILI CODE (ID) will ask its customers to choose the place of delivery, specifying their address, office, or center where they want the product to be delivered. The delivery time is [PLAZO_DE_ENTREGA] hours.

ILI CODE (ID) will inform the customer of the dispatch of the order from the distribution warehouse by sending an email.

Each delivery is considered completed when the product is provided to the customer by the carrier, as substantiated by the control system used by the carrier. It is the recipient's responsibility to verify the order at the time of delivery and then make all reservations and claims that seem justified, including the possibility of rejecting the package if it has been opened or has obvious signs of damage.

RETURNS

All products sold can be returned within [PLAZO_DE_DEVOLUCCION] days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Act.

Prior to this, the customer must indicate their intention by email. ILI CODE (ID) will respond via another email specifying precise instructions for returning the product.

Return costs will be borne by the customer.

The refund to the customer's account as a result of this return will be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods by ILI CODE (ID).

Return cannot take place in any case if the supplied products are clearly subject to use.

The products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or stained by the customer), with all accessories, instructions, and documentation. They will be sent to the location specified by ILI CODE (ID) in the precise instructions for returning the product sent by email.

In the event that the provider has not accepted the return because it is understood that the product was intended for use, they will remain in the distribution warehouse for the customer to collect for a period not exceeding thirty days from their return.

Packages that do not contain attached elements identifying the sender (order number, name, address, etc.) will also not be returned.

The expenses and risks related to the return of the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them securely and with the necessary guarantees to ensure that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.

Through ILI CODE (ID), you can request refunds for purchased products for their corresponding amount. Once the returned products are received, ILI CODE (ID) will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to pay the amount paid, minus shipping costs, regardless of the amount of the returned product.

Anyone returning their product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund.

WARRANTY

Warranties and after-sales services will be governed by the Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. According to this regulation, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in accordance with the contract, responding to any lack of conformity. The consumer and user have the right to repair the product, replace it, reduce the price, or terminate the contract.

LIABILITY, DISPUTE, AND APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

ILI CODE (ID) cannot be held responsible for the non-fulfillment of the contract concluded in the event of unavailability or lack of product availability, force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike, in particular postal services and means of transport and/or communications, floods, or fires. In the event of a dispute, the customer will be directed to ILI CODE (ID) for an amicable solution.

The courts of Madrid have exclusive jurisdiction. These general sales conditions will be interpreted in Spanish and will be carried out in accordance with Spanish legislation. Any disagreement that may arise due to their validity, interpretation, or execution will be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, to which exclusive jurisdiction is expressly attributed.

MODIFICATION OF GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

ILI CODE (ID) reserves the right to modify the general sales conditions without prior notice, being able to change, delete, or add content and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on its servers.

The user must accept these changes each time a purchase is made through the ILI CODE (ID) website.

Members of the "ILI CODE (ID) Private Community" who do not agree with modifications to the general conditions must notify it, and from the date on which the new version comes into effect, they must cease using ILI CODE (ID) services. In the event that any of the terms of the general conditions is illegal or unenforceable, it will be null and void, and what has been agreed upon by the parties will apply, and failing that, what is established in the Spanish Civil Code.
